What do I need?
How do I know how long my ramp needs to be?
The last thing we want is for your ramp to be as steep as a roller coaster! ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines requires a pitch of 1:12. Which means, for every one inch of rise there must be 1ft (or more) of ramp to accommodate. For example, if the height from the ground to the door threshold is 20 inches, a 20ft ramp will be needed! This ensures a safe ride!
Do I need to buy a platform with the ramp?
Not only are platforms used for turns/u-turns, but is also needed at the door! A platform provides a level surface for when trying to open/close the door or enter/exit the home! A platform will always be needed by the door unless the ramp will be connecting to a porch/deck!
I heard residential properties are not required to follow ADA guidelines?
While most residential properties are not required to follow ADA guidelines, some are. Check with your building inspector/HOA on your communities/county’s requirements! Either way, we recommend keeping the length as close to the 1:12 pitch as possible! Commercial properties are always required to strictly follow ADA guidelines!

Can I sell my ramp back to you when I no longer need it?
Yes!! The amount we offer may vary based on condition and age. Once you connect with a member of our team and confirm on a price. Our team will go out and disassemble/remove the ramp (depending on location)
Can I use the ramp on a different home?
Yes! These ramps are modular and can easily be reconfigured to fit a new entrance! Feel free to reach out to our team as we can advise you on if any additional pieces will be needed!

How long will it take to install?
Most layouts for residential properties can be installed within a few hours!
How do I know where to put each piece?
If wanted to self install. an installation manual will be provided! If you still are having trouble, reach out to our team, we are more than happy to help!
Will the ramp damage/alter my home?
No, our modular ramps will not permanently alter/damage your home! The ramp can easily be removed once it’s no longer needed.

I need a ramp for my commercial building, will it pass all codes and inspections?
Yes, all our material follows ADA guidelines and is up to code!
Cleaning
How do I clean my ramp?
Use an outdoor broom to clear away any debris! If wanting to use product, only use cleaners
approved for your specific ramps material!
